The combination of advanced products and affordability has helped midPhase retain a record breaking growth pattern, faster than the industry average every month since inception. Unlike most webhosting providers, midPhase owns all of the hardware it uses and does not rent or lease servers.

MidPhase´s data center is located in Chicago, IL. Your web site will be stored in an award winning, multi-million dollar datacenters known as the Equinix IBX Center. Based in the heart of Chicago, IL, the datacenter is designed to withstand just about anything that mother nature can throw at it. They are hooked to several network providers and backbones in order to insure redundant connections to the Internet.

Support

With recent improvements, now you can usually get a hold of someone within five to ten minutes. Their phone number also becomes busy quite often during certain times of the day. Furthermore, when you are a new user with the system, they do not take orders over the phone. Instead, they require that you place the order online. If you actually do manage to get hold of the staff at MidPhase, their answers are normally sufficient. However, not all customer support representatives seemed properly trained. They claim to have 30 total employees within the company.
