The result is superior flexibility and increased self-reliance over all account features.

Technology

Easy CGI's network is constantly evolving to fit their exceptional growth. Their Internet connection is provided by redundant Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) fiber optic uplinks to varied geographic locations. These connections operate on SONET technology and are provided by Verizon and Optimum Lightpath for maximum fault tolerance. They maintain direct connections to some of the largest backbones on the internet: UUNET (Verizon/MCI), Sprint, Savvis, Verio, Global Crossing, InterNAP and NAC. These Internet uplinks are connected to their physical network by redundant Cisco Routers, that in turn connect to Redundant Netscreen Firewalls, then their redundant network switching core. This entire network infrastructure runs on Gigabit Fiber.

With extremely high staff retention rates, Easy CGI is confident in their ability to provide consistent and quality service and support to our customers. They maintain a relaxed environment that is the envy of the industry. Support staff is onsite, 24 hours a day to answer phones, email, and correct system problems.
